Ezekiel 32

Verse 2

Ezekiel 32:2 (Rbi8) — “Son of man, lift up a dirge concerning Pharʹaoh the king of Egypt, and you must say to him, ‘As a maned young lion of nations you have been silenced. “‘And you have been like the marine monster in the seas, and you kept gushing in your rivers and kept muddying the waters with your feet and fouling their rivers.’

Ezekiel 32:2 (KJV-S) — Son of man, take up a lamentation for Pharaoh king of Egypt, and say unto him, Thou art like a young lion of the nations, and thou art as a whale in the seas: and thou camest forth with thy rivers, and troubledst the waters with thy feet, and fouledst their rivers.

Ezekiel 32:2 (ASV) — Son of man, take up a lamentation over Pharaoh king of Egypt, and say unto him, Thou wast likened unto a young lion of the nations: yet art thou as a monster in the seas; and thou didst break forth with thy rivers, and troubledst the waters with thy feet, and fouledst their rivers.

We can see that the sea monsters, maybe the Leviathan, has feet, so it's not a fish or whale.
